Eligibility and accounts
You must be an adult using the service for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your credentials secure.
The service
MyAgnts provides a managed AI operator shaped around a scoped workflow. Service availability and results are not guaranteed.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for authority over connected accounts and content, lawful instructions, reviewing consequential actions, and providing any required approvals.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, security-defeating, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
Third-party services
Customer-selected connections retain their own terms, availability, and controls. MyAgnts is not responsible for those third-party services.
Content and intellectual property
You retain your content. Intellectual property in MyAgnts software and methods remains with MyAgnts. You grant us a limited permission to process your content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
Billing and cancellation
Our Billing Policy is incorporated into these terms. Subscriptions recur until cancelled, subject to the Billing Policy and your applicable legal rights.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, material breach, security risk, or unlawful activity. You may still cancel your subscription as described in the Billing Policy.
Disclaimers
MyAgnts does not provide a regulated professional, fiduciary, or human-employee relationship. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitations of liability
To the lawful extent, MyAgnts excludes indirect damages. Our ordinary aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to liability, while preserving rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law and disputes
Massachusetts law governs these terms. State and federal courts located in Massachusetts have jurisdiction over disputes. Please contact MyAgnts first so we can try to resolve concerns. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class claims.
