Billing and Cancellation Policy

The public subscription price is $500 USD per month. Your first monthly payment is charged immediately when you start a paid subscription, and the subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.

Some customers may receive a private offer with a trial of 0 to 90 days. You may accept the offer terms in MyAgnts without entering card details, but you must provide a payment method in Stripe Checkout to start the subscription or trial. A private offer may include a paid pilot. That pilot contains the fixed number of complete paid monthly billing cycles disclosed in the offer and Checkout summary. When the agreed trial or pilot ends, the subscription automatically changes to $500 USD per month.

Your accepted private-offer summary and Stripe Checkout summary control the customer-specific dates, trial length, pilot price, and pilot duration that apply to your subscription; they do not change the required post-pilot rate of $500 USD per month. Cancelling Stripe Checkout before payment creates no subscription and no charge.

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. We charge the payment method on file for each applicable billing period.

You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing hello@myagnts.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period unless a specific offer or applicable law requires otherwise, so you can continue using the service through that period when technically and legally available.

Payments become non-refundable when the billing period begins, except where required by law or where we grant an exception case-by-case. We do not provide prorated credits by default.

If a payment fails, we may retry the payment method, suspend service, or terminate the subscription. You remain responsible for amounts due for service already provided.

You are responsible for applicable taxes unless Stripe Checkout states that tax is included. Promotions apply only as disclosed. We will give advance notice of prospective price changes, and no price change will retroactively alter a completed charge.

Please contact us promptly about a billing error so we can investigate it. Nothing in this policy limits card-dispute rights that you have under applicable law or your cardholder agreement.

Cancelling a subscription does not invoke Delete agent and does not delete your MyAgnts account, billing or transaction records, security logs, or every database record. Delete agent and full-account deletion are separate actions; see our Privacy Policy for deletion information.
