MyAgnts provides the managed AI operator service. This Privacy Policy applies to information we process when you use our website, account, and managed AI operator service.

We collect account and contact information; billing identifiers and subscription status we receive from Stripe; workflow instructions and content; support communications; integration information; device and usage information; diagnostic, security, and audit information. We may also receive information through integrations you authorize us to connect to the service.

We use information to deliver and operate the service, authenticate users, process billing, provide support, protect security, comply with legal obligations, communicate with you, and improve the service.

We disclose information to service providers that support infrastructure, databases, authentication, hosting, billing, email, AI and model services, automation, observability, and customer-authorized integrations. We may also disclose information as directed by you, for legal or safety reasons, or in connection with a business transfer.

Stripe receives payment information to process payments. MyAgnts does not store complete payment-card details.

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission, storage, or processing is absolutely secure.

We retain information for periods reasonably needed for service operation, to follow customer instructions, and to meet security, disputes, tax, transaction, and legal needs. The applicable period depends on the information and purpose involved.

Using Delete agent tears down the operator environment, including its machine, storage volume, tenant tool credential, and managed model key. Delete agent does not delete your MyAgnts account, billing or transaction records, security logs, or every database record.

To request full account or privacy deletion, email hello@myagnts.com. We will process the request subject to any retention required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution.

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate.

MyAgnts is an adults-only business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
